The Analysis of the Academic Optimism of Different Branches Teachers and Their Vocational Self-esteems

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analysis of the academic optimism of different branches teachers and their vocational self-esteems. Research data were collected using academic optimism scale and vocational self-esteem scale. In addition, the personal information form which prepared by researchers was used, 303 teachers who are working in total of 16 secondary school located in center of Kocaeli, became a member of research group. T-Test, One-way analysis of variance, Tukey test and correlation techniques are used depending on variables
