Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the in the view of administrators, in the inspections in elementary schools are monitored in what level checked according to “dimensions for supervision of institution” This research is a descriptive one. In this direction, as data gathering technique, an integrated method including both quantitative and qualitative dimensions is used. Research is built up with
qualitative data after quantities data is gathered. In the extent of research, 203 primary school administrators of 285 primary school administrators working in 2011-2012 years, Sivas city centre are identified as study group. In addition, for quantitative dimension, 37 school managers are chosen from this study group as predicated on maximum variety sample. The data about the qualitative dimension of the research with or without interview forms are related to the descriptive analysis technique.
