Preschool Teachers’ Views of Preschool Educational Problems: Agri City Sample

The present study aimed to determine the pre-school education and its problems. In the study in which the survey approach based on collecting of data to determine the specific properties of a group was used. The sample determined by accessibility based sampling was consists of 82 teachers working in preschool and kindergarten located in Agri city center. Data were collected through a written opinion document developed by the researchers with 12 questions. The validity of the scale is revealed by two pre-school education field experts’ investigation. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis approach. The majority of teachers expressed, due to lack of appropriate class size, the activities such as drama and the game were not effectively performed. The teachers thought parents found it unnecessary to preschool education, perceived it where the child spend time. The present study
showed the teachers see uninterrupted education in pre-school as disadvantages, and think this situation caused children to be bored and distracted. The teachers advocated that parents' attitudes adversely affected applications and activities, due to in different parent attitude it is was not reinforced at home the learning at school. The present study demonstrated because of lack of family financial in supplying necessary educational materials and tools parents are unable to help or exhibit uninterested behaviors in the cases. The participants thought that in classrooms including children of different age groups participating, the effort to be active and leader of the older children lead the activities to be more quickly performed and so distracts small children's attention.
