Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to carry out the relationship between Counterproductive Work Behaviour of teachers and organizational commitment at educational organizations. For that reason, it was asked to 447 teachers opinions who are working at 34 governmental high schools in 8 different central towns connected to Ankara city. Research data were collected with Counterproductive Work Behaviour (CWB)’ and ‘Organizational Commitment (OC)’ scale. Data collected from the participants were analyzed by using statistical techniques with many varieties besides the descriptive statistical techniques. It is determined that work behaviour against production in schools are occured occasionally after the analyses. It was also determined that the teachers in their own schools have their individual commitment at medium stages. A significant relationship between two varieties at the calculations to examine the level of relationship between research varieties is existed. It is proved that the counterproductive work behaviour after canonical correlation analysis is the meaningful prediction of organizational commitment.
